I was so happy at the experience I received today. You showed me my X-ray and went into detail about what was going on with my knee, why I was in pain, and then assessed with medication. You also answered all my questions as to what I should do going forward, thanks for being so patient.
If I could give less than one star, I would. I slipped and hit the inside of my knee on my kitchen tile at the end of June. The fall caused my knee to become hot and swollen and I could barely walk without it “catching” and having a severe, stabbing pain. Since my x-rays and MRI seemed fine but I was still having pain several weeks later (and after a cortisone shot), my orthopedic surgeon referred me to Dr. Shin for a second opinion.
