I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. All the equipment at this office is state-of-the-art. I feel very safe here because I know it's safe and current. They have a very good professional reputation. Yes Does this provider remember you by name? Sometimes, but not always Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient

Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything! Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? They were average Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect

Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment? Not at all! They were very gentle and careful Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? A little, it was faint but I noticed one Would you recommend this dentist to others? Yes Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? No; the equipment needs to be updated

Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Somewhat, I wasn't overly impressed Does this provider always put the customer first? No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored.
