Such a wonderful staff! Super helpful and friendly. doctors are super amazing as well! I highly suggest bringing your children to this pediatric clinic.
I can’t begin to explain how wonderful this office is!! All of the staff is very friendly and very helpful.. the office is very clean, a good size, and a good location.. and as far as the doctor(dr.bray) SHE IS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!!!! I’m so upset I didn’t find her sooner.. I couldn’t be more happy with her and the rest of her staff.. definitely 2 thumbs up, true definition of a great doctor/office
I had reached out to the Saxon office to see if I could get an emergency appointment the same day to have my 7 year old feet checked as she was in excruciating pain. The office was nice enough to get me in and I was able to see Dr Bray. She reassured me my child would be okay and what to look out for in the next few days and how to treat the issue. Thanks to Saxon office and their wonderful staff for taking care of our little ones.
Front desk staff was incredibly polite and welcoming. Meeting Dr. Bray for the first newborn appointment exceeded all expectations. She is one of the most personable, kind doctors around. Her positive energy would ease any new parents’ concerns. I immediately felt I made the right choice in pediatricians when she came into the room and introduced herself.
The nurses and doctors are great with my boys, however since all these changes it’s incredibly hard to get ahold of them unless you show up in person. My 3 year old and 11 month old are very sick with Covid, and they won’t answer their phones. The local ER said to call their doctor as besides Tylenol and ibuprofen they can’t do much else. It’s very frustrating that I can’t get ahold of anyone, and I can’t just pop in this time because I don’t want anyone getting sick there.
