I had the opportunity to live at Sanford Landing on three separate occasions throughout the last 15 years. The staff are very knowledgeable, professional and personable. When you live here you are treated like family instead of a renter. I have lived here for 9 years now. Jennifer was the one who moved me in and she is a big reason why I continue to live here at Sanford Landing. Management is awesome! Anytime that I have ever needed anything at all the girls have always been there to help anyway they can. They go above and beyond! Maintenance is always ahead of the game; they are the best that I have seen and experienced since I have lived on my own.
