5 stars Simply great place great environment and awesome staff.
It’s a swamp! The retention pond will fill up after a rain and then it overflows by design across the parking lot into a ditch where the stagnant standing water begins to stink like sewage and becomes a mosquito breeding ground! The deck and dock at the pool area are a dilapidated rotting mess and the recently renovated club house which is basically the office can only be used while the office is open and not available for tenant use even though it has a nice kitchen it is apparently for staff use only! It can be rather swampy after it rains. The retention pond will fill up after a rain and then it overflows by design across the parking lot into a ditch where the stagnant standing water begins to stink like sewage and becomes a mosquito breeding ground, perhaps the city of Sanford will improve their storm water run off drainage system for the entire area because this complex isn’t the only to suffer from the city of Sanford’s poor storm water drainage system! Sanford Landing Apartments, this was the best community I seen all day. Residents hanging out in the club house eating popcorn enjoying each other. Good music, Smells nice, super clean. Then this little Turkey he needs food. Congratulations to this team for creating an inviting community!
Can't complain.
I have lived at Sanford Landing for a year now and in the beginning it was a great place to live. Staff was nice, but for some reason after their tenants are there for some time who hardly ever complain. The new tenants who they bring in are of the slum life. Law Enforcement called out multiple times to the same places. Guys in the parking lot yelling and fighting using profanity, and there own staff housed in the complex with children who look in other tenants windows and using there outdoor furniture.
