I scheduled an appointment with Amanda Crostic and looked at the vehicles I inquired about and a few others. Amanda showed me a Toyota Highlander which was a better deal for me than the ES300 and the Sequoia they had featured. Bought the Highlander and couldn't be happier. I needed more towing capacity. They answered my questions quickly.
Very pleasant sales rep. Not pushy. Made me feel like I was a priority.
They responded quickly but the vehicle had already been sold a week or more before I called. They should do better with updating the site.
I drove 5 hours round trip to get the car. I was preapproved for well over the amount of the vehicle and they argued with me over what I actually had. It was the most demeaning car buying experience I have ever had. The manager told me to put more down or to leave. Never thought I'd have an experience like that at an infinity dealer.
