The service department is severely lacking. Don't expect any return calls from them. The customer has to stay on them in order to get any work done.

We bought a car here in the past. Unfortunately it was the worst car buying experience we've ever had. The car was not detailed as they said it would be. A highly corroded battery cable was not replaced as they said it would be. I returned the vehicle to have it fixed properly and when we got it back they said the cable had been replaced. I marked it with an X before taking it in and the X was still there! They said the detailers could not remove a stain that was on the carpet, we got it out with a damp rag!!
