I have never been treated this well at a car dealership! There was no dickering nor humiliation. Keith Solmonson took excellent care of me, offering me a great deal on a new car and Mike Cessna did a super job of explaining the financing, contract and warranty to me. I want to Thank You, Sandy Sansing, for having such wonderful, well trained, courteous employees. I will be back for my next car.

Our Salesman, Shane Miller, was very nice and extremely helpful when we were in the dealership. Our problems have happened after we bought our new 2017 Titan. 2 days after purchasing our Titan it died in traffic while I was driving it. We got it back 2 days later and we were told "loose connector". Then 3 days later (it sat for 1 day) it died again, this time I was on the I110 / I10 merger. 22 days later we got it back.
