This BMW dealership has the worst customer service I have ever delt with. Just because I didn't buy my BMW there they didnt care to treat me correctly. I've left 4 voicemails with 4 different people and no call backs. I will be contacting the General Manager and I will be contacting BMW USA and filing a very serious complaint. Certified pre-owned just means they can sell you a car with all kinds of issues and even if you buy the extended maintenance plan, they won't fix it. This is the worst car I've ever purchased and I will be letting everyone I know about the experience and discourage them from buying here.

It took 3 months to find the ride we were looking for but We just bought our first BMW! It is a 2013 X5 Msport with an M performance package! AWESOME! Barry Brown is our sales rep! I absolutely love my 328i ! They found a car in Orlando that fit my exact specifications and the price was spectacular! The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Barry Brown is my salesman "client advisor" as BMW calls it, and i will not buy a car from anyone else! He has bent over backwards for me and even came to my house to program my garage remote.
