Rafael was my service adviser- he was very helpful and apologetic because service took longer than expected- he even offered to pay for my deductible! I wouldn't allow him to do that but was surprised as the dedication to his work and the pride he takes in the BMW brand- Sandy Sansing in my experiences has been leaps and bounds above any other brand I've ever dealt with
I liked the service in the beginning. Marvin oliver was great. But I had a loaner car till all the paperwork was completed but decided to take the loaner car instead. Before paperwork could be finished the check engine light and trac-off lights came on Notified Mr. Oliver. I asked for it to be taken care of at the signing and he stated "Noted" now i find out it's the EVAP canister and told they can't help. So I just bought a car that is giving off gas fumes. He located a vehicle that included everything we were looking for in the exact price range we specified. The management was friendly and helpful as well. Randy Johnson helped us so much with our lease return. Even the General Manager came out and congratulated us on our purchase.
