Provide better customer service. Recently, I had a very bad customer experience at Sandy Sansing BMW. I own a BMW. I called a few weeks ago to see about my oil change under my maintenance plan. I was told it was time and we scheduled a time. When I arrived, that was not the case. I do not live near the dealership and changed plans based on the service person saying I could come down.
