The customer service is horrible here. Racist very much! Upon entering no one spoke until I spoke. I instantly got sat for a pedicure but the lady who was doing it seem to not really want to do it to the point I was about to walk out. She begins and everything is fine. I notice another black woman walks in no one greets her she’s says hi to them and tell them what she wants. They are so rude I wanted over a house while she sat and refused to service me didn’t even give me a reason so upset I wasted my time ..
My unpleasant experience happened approximately 2 years ago but because it was so unsatisfactory I made it a point to add my review. I walked in, signed in and they asked what I needed. I told them a SNS nail repair. Waited around for about 35 minutes, sat me down in the chair with the man that works all the way in back, he looked at my nail and said, “We don’t do SNS nail repair.” If that was the case, which I highly disbelieve, why not communicate that clearly after I signed in and expressed my desired service.
