My unpleasant experience happened approximately 2 years ago but because it was so unsatisfactory I made it a point to add my review. I walked in, signed in and they asked what I needed. I told them a SNS nail repair. Waited around for about 35 minutes, sat me down in the chair with the man that works all the way in back, he looked at my nail and said, “We don’t do SNS nail repair.” If that was the case, which I highly disbelieve, why not communicate that clearly after I signed in and expressed my desired service. Terrible experience. I explained exactly what I wanted, but they didn’t listen and my nails came out nothing like I asked. My nails are uneven choppy and ridged. When I complained respectfully, they painted over it “attempting” then said it was my fault I didn’t pick gel. Fixed nothing then refused a refund. I walked out with my nails looking awful for my birthday. Communication was also difficult/impossible due to language barrier compared to other nail spas I’ve gone to. Would not recommend. Worse nail experience. My nails came out horrible and staff has a nasty attitude. Please go somewhere else. Prices are not cheaper than other places.
I've been going to Sandy Nails for 18 years and will continue to as long as Tina is there. She's the absolute BEST!
Best pedicure I have in a long time. I will be returning
