The clinic staff was wonderful, and the recommended treatment was successful for a family member. We were pleased with the professionalism of the team and the care provided. Slowest place to communicate back to you, they will make you call them 5-10 times before they realize your serious about going , completely wasting your time as they do not follow up with you. Then the number they give you half the time isnt even the correct contact number so you have to call more people. Zero efficiency what so ever here. It's so bad I can easily see why people go somewhere else for higher quality services. I have been coming here for quite some time now and they are very nice and understanding people who work there and they can help with your every need.
Horrible patient experience here - completely ignored, doctor refused to re-prescribe medication that has been working for me for YEARS, and is a hassle to get refills for my regular prescriptions.
