RecommendedI used to live at awandahell and enjoyed it for the most part. Ashley was always awesome and she hosted some fun events.
Would rate this place lower if I could. Countless problems with management, they have bled me dry for a year now making me pay for problems that were the fault of the apartment. Upon move out I am billed $500 for stains UNDER the carpet, RIDICULOUS! The area that they showed stained was also directly under furniture which makes me think it was old carpet in the first place. Worst apartment to ever live in office people never fix stuff I Moved here March 4 2010 and had to move out on the 12th because oven broke on the 6th I kept asking thme to fix it
