Worst dealership. DO NOT GO HERE. I was approved for a loan through one company. Went to do my paperwork and was told “oh we got you a better loan”. Great! I sign my paperwork and go on my way. Two days goes by and Ronnie my financial guy calls me and says oh the company backed out we have to take the first loan but I got you a warranty with it. Cool I wanted a warranty. Bought a car 2 and 1/2 months ago they told me I still had a manufacturer warranty so I didn't buy the extended warranty. Car started have issues recently and when I called they didn't care at all. I will never buy a car their again and will tell anyone and everyone not to buy there. They sold me a lemon and had nothing to say about it.
Best car buying experience I’ve ever had and it wasn’t close. Highly recommend Sebastian in sales, Jerome in finance, and the GM Derek. All three worked together to make this easy and an awesome deal.
The anxiety I had after coming from another dealership was through the roof and as soon as I walked in it was gone ! From all the smiles, genuine people wanting to help and not just wanting a sell, I couldn’t be more grateful! A horrible experience with the service department first and foremost the Hertz they sent me to was trash. I had problems from the beginning with the hertz that they’re linked up with secondly they damaged my car it was only there to fix the air and when I got it back, I realized an hour later when I got to work because I work 6 to 7 days a week 12 hour shifts I didn’t have time to bring it back so I called left a message cause they did not answer.
