Bought a car from them and 2 days later it died. I called several times but didn't get a return call until the 5 day. Of course that is 2 days after the 3 day return law and he informed me of that and that I was stuck with it. I had it towed to the repair shop and they contacted the warranty company that Sand's pushes. Their response was it is a pre-existing problem and they wouldn't cover the repair. We went to Sands Auto in Cambridge. Dave was the BEST! I would highly recommend Dave and his expertise and knowledge of what a customer is looking for. We were extremely happy!

I am seriously upset that I have to give these guys 1 star, they deserve far less. this is the most unorganized unprofessional sales team ive ever encountered. I fount a vehicle i wanted to buy, called ahead and told them i was on my way they said i had to be ther by 2:30 to do a test drive I said alright. im 40 minuetes away. Please don't buy here they are not honest people the hide damages and then lie about it to the people. Their vehicles may look good but are put together until you leave lot all that work there that's not how you treat people.. They're selling their soul for doing people.. I'm out $8500 had $1500 worth of work a week after purchase battery kept dying it was electrical work they had truck started eveery time I went to lot. They had to jump it and keep it running....sad! No weapons formed against me shall prosper!!!!

On June 14, 2021, I purchased a 2013 Chevrolet Silverado from them. As I drove it home, the check engine light came on and the engine was making a funny noise. On 6/22, I had a mechanic look at it and they found cylinder #5 was bad along with the piston rings, meaning I needed a new engine. I called and talked to Patrick and he said to take it to another repair shop to verify the problem. I brought it to a 2nd repair shop on 6/23 and they verified the same issue.
