Dont even know where to start. I get it. Everyone's palettes are different but tamales should not be watery on the inside. My red pork were so watery, it looked like mole/chilli/ with 2 pieces of pork and the masa was flavorless. The jalapeno cheese had a strand of cheese and no jalapen̈os slices, it was showered in something that looked like chilli as well. Thats not a jalapeno cheese tamal.
