This is just one of the time i have held and held trying to get help. Have left several message for the manager she will not call me back. They charge when they are not supposed to (914.00)then it is hours and hours on the phone if you want your money back. When you explain the situation to the office they don’t care! If I could give this place a zero I would. It's been a couple of weeks still no results from my MAMMOGRAM and Ultrasound. I've called my doctor has called. I've even went down there still nothing. I hope and pray I'm ok because this place is horrible

My MRI went fine. However it's been 4 weeks and I can't get anyone to send my results to my Dr's office. I've called every number available, I've left messages and have talked to several people on the phone. My Dr's office has also called numerous times without success. I recommend going somewhere else if you are high risk for breast cancer and need screening.

Showed up to my appointment and there was no one at the front desk. I could hear the staff talking in the back. I waited 20 minutes for someone to finally help me. The actual mammogram was fine, no complaints. I asked that my results be sent to my OB/GYN and my family doctor. Neither received the results!! It's been over a month and I can't get anyone to return my messages to get them to send the results to my doctors. Let's pray I don't have breast cancer and I'm not getting treatment because of their negligence!!
