Very poor office staff The English speaking telephone operator gladly took my name, insurance information and set me up with an appointment. I called my insurance company, and called the Doctor's office a second time to confirm. Once there a Russian speaking office manager contradicted my two phone calls with their office and my call with the insurance company.
