To who it May concern, I am a new tenant at Sandra Lane apartments I had talked to the manager Rosa and she was very informative very professional and she really cares about her tenants I appreciate her honesty and her professionalism. She attends any work order that comes her to the best of her ability.she has the confidence and the trust of her tenants that she would address any complaints that she gets. you ought to be blessed by a manager like Rosa
I’ve almost been living here for a year now and I absolutely love it here, I feel safe with the building be security locked, love the people who live here, the building is clean and well taken care of and the property manager Rosa make you feel welcome and helps with the little things and you feel welcome with her, The maintenance is always right on top of anything that needs fixing in the apartments. I have lived at Sandra Lane for several years, and while the rent increases continue, I want to offer my compliments to our current management team. Rosa, our wonderful Property Manager is extremely invested in the well-being of everyone in this complex.
