I had to leave the practice. She seemed very interested in scheduling an annual physical 4 months ahead. If I actually got sick it took a week to see her. Her office manager treated me like a criminal over an unpaid bill that had been sent to my insurance wrongly coded. When I needed her she recommended a third party. She didn’t listen to what I was telling her. Didn’t try to do anything to determine my condition.
THE WORST DOCTOR I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE EVER. BIGGEST JOKE AND THE RECEPTIONIST ARE THE RUDEST PEOPLE EVER. NEVER HAVE I EVER BEEN TREATED SO RUDELY. HANS LITERALLY COULDN'T EVEN TELL ME THAT I HAD A UTI INFECTION OR A SWOLLEN TASTE BUD... I GOOGLED IT AND FOUND OUT WHAT IT WAS SO GOOGLE OBVIOUSLY DOES A BETTER JOB THAN DR HANS. Don't even know how she is a doctor she's never been able to help me. never going here again I can't wait to find a new doctor.
I've been a patient of Dr. Hans for well over 10 years and I still leave confident and positive that I the best doctor in town evaluating my ailment and/or situation. The staff is still charming and proactive since the first day I walked in.
Everyone at this practice is super friendly and goes above and beyond to fit you in for an appointment when needed. I have been going to this practice for 6 yrs and have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Hans and the other staff members!
