I called the shop to inquire about the pricing for a particular style and whether they accept walk-in customers. The lady on the phone provided me with a price and confirmed that walk-ins are accepted. When I visited the shop, I found it closed. I called the number again, and she explained that they operate in the morning and leave after their last client. It was only 2:00am at the time. They are SO unprofessional. I booked an appointment for 2pm, came in at 2 and was told I’d have to wait 3 hours because they took walk ins.. what is the point of an appointment if you try going to take walk ins ? Her only reply was “do you want to leave or wait?”
