NP Esmond was unhinged during my interaction with her. Screaming and snapping her fingers at me and my two little children in the middle of CVS despite my multiple requests for her to calm down in front of my children. It terrified them. I will be filling a complaint with CVS/Minute Clinic and the Texas Board of Nursing.
