Very nice people, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
Okay here we go...the state help/funded anything can be hard to navigate and down right trying at times! BUT, the office people are nice/patient with you if you are also. The therapists are knowledgeable/hardworking but if you are not a forthcoming/active person in your own journey/recovery then how are they supposed to know how to help. These people see LOTZ of different mental health afflictions and a wide range of severity. I dont leave alot of reviews.. However, i feel obligated to share my first experience with Eskenazi. All other medical care has been from the Community South. Called to schedule an appt for evaluation and was informed the intake process is only as walk ins and condcuted between 9am - 12pm m-f. After I was assured if I'm there by 12pm I would be seen, I left work early to come in. Once my ID and insurance was ran I was directed to try again tomorrow as they didn't have anymore open slots for an intake. The receptionist reccom... read more
I have been going here for a little over a year now. Overall, my therapist Edna and my Doctor, Dr. Matthewson, have been great. I give my team 5 stars that have been helping me through my mental health battle.
