It's refreshing to have someone on deck in the office. John, is very proactive and takes our concerns into consideration. The previous maintenance man had it all on his shoulders, until there was an annual state inspection. The whole crew finally showed up! How Convenient! The crew covered enough to get by. It really doesn’t deserve a star! The mold comes through the walls and they claim it’s from burning candles. Never burned a candle in said room but they tell me don’t worry about it they’ll paint over it. This should be the last place anyone moves.
I'm enjoying living at this place . It's been improved a lot in the last 6 months. New kitchen cabinets, New carpet. Courtyard is nice and peaceful. Good place to live !
Sandpiper has improved tremendously and is under New Management! The apartment units are cute and cozy! All appliances are in great condition and if there is work that needs to be done, the maintenance man is always on site working hard to keep the place in order! The new manager is doing a fantastic job and I am so happy to be in such a cute apartment, in a beautiful neighborhood, and so close to everything!
Poor place to live. It's a sad case giving the great neighborhood! This complex has changed alit over time. Management is never in the office. Maintenance is never in site. There is always a problem with this specific site. It's very sad.
