They seriously can't fix anything at all. I've been having problems with my ac and heat on and off for about 7 to 8 months now..... Then on top of that they never clean up any of the trash around the complex, or even do something about the multiple chickens and roosters that are annoying. Although over all the most annoying is how the maintenance people show up randomly whenever they want . They can't even guarantee a specific day he'll just be there whenever he feels like it, and half the time he doesn't fix the problem til... read more
10/10 Don’t Recommend . Lived here for a year and the flooring was horrible straight paper if you ask me. Huge Palmetto bugs came under the front front door EVERY NIGHT from not correctly being sealed. For couldn’t even open all the way. It’s “24 hour maintenance” but still can’t get it fixed until their ready to fix it or replace it. Poor management , never in the office or answers the phone .
