We where leaving on vacation when I saw drops of oil in my driveway. Went to Victor and explained the situation. Before I knew it my truck was on a jack and Victor was diagnosing the problem. The differential was bent and leaking oil. He showed me pictures of the problem and gave me options. He then went to work and took care of business and we saved our vacation travel plans. Super nice guy and knowledgeable. Thanx Victor!
Worst place to take your car/truck for transmission , transmission lasted us 1 year and 3 months , we took it back the guy said he’ll check it out because it should’ve at least lasted 4 to 5 years, turns out he wanted to charge us more than the first time, totaling to 2500, if we would’ve know we would’ve just bought a brand new transmission instead of rebuilding it , his mistake not ours very unprofessional I recommend just taking it somewhere else where they actually know what they’re doing !!! This place is a SCAM
Completely satisfied with both service and work. We are a local engine machine shop who sends all our transmission work to Sandoval's Transmissions. We trust Victor and his crew fully. My car was here for about two weeks and i Picked up my car today Aug 31,2020. As I'm leaving, Sandoval says someone went inside my vehicle and took all my past receipts, title, any type of information on my car. Insisting they should have took the radio first. Now as i asked for my receipts, Sandoval refused to reprint what i have had paid for.
