All of the staff here are very welcoming and beyond friendly! They do an awesome job and I recommend highly!
I had a small cavity in the back of one of my front teeth which they drilled out and filled. About a year later I began to feel pain in that tooth so I went in for x-rays and found that they did not drill out all of the decay and it began to grow behind the filling. After a few years of neglect to my pearly whites since I moved out of state, I finally went to get a check up. I went to Sandoval Dental Care on a personal recommendation from my favorite sister. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with the smiling faces of Tina, Jessica, and Jodie. I had great customer service and care at Sandoval Dental. Its was over 8 years since I been to the dentist. I was nervous but the staff made me feel like family and everything was gonna be okay! Not going to lie I was really nervous but the receptionists kept me calm and letting me know everything was going to be alright. I went in and got filling and the hygienists made me feel comfortable and asked me if I was comfortable and if we needed to stop to let them know! The staff was great with my three small children as well as my husband and myself. Tina even took the smallest, a 3 year old, on a tour after his check up. My middle, a 5 year old, is terrified of all professionals but again the staff were VERY good with him. They all got balloon animals for doing so good! They really put my mind at ease.
Amazing office staff and MaryAnn the hygienist was awesome, but I did not have very good experiences with 5 fillings and a crown from Dr. Sandoval and Dr. Park. One filling had to be redone a month after I had it filled. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! :(
Although I don't always like what they have to tell me, the entire staff ROCKS! Everything is explained clearly and I feel they listen to my opinions or concerns as well. Clean and updated environment. Even the musak is modern and not elevator style. Dr. Romero-Shu is simply the best and fastest dentist I've ever known. Great personality and sense of humor to boot. Two thumbs up!

The best dental office I have been to in my adult life. Everything is up to date, everyone is super friendly, and the dentists do awesome work!! I go out of my way to go to Sandoval Dental Care and I wouldn't have it any other way!
