ZERO stars. Office manager bills to improper party (me for my 25 year old adult daughter) and then threatens collections on me, not my legally adult daughter....yes, they have her contact info and yes they’ve been reminded she’s an adult who’s financially responsible for herself. Furthermore, my family has been with this dentist for almost 15 years and the overall care has decreased...3 of us have had fillings done and have needed to be redone and still are having issues. Sandoval Dental Care provided great care yesterday at my first appointment! Everyone is very pleasant and they seem to really care about me as a patient. Dr. Liz Minard was very attentive and showed that she truly cares about my oral health! I would definitely recommend this office and Dr. Liz to anyone!
I was able to get an appointment the next day verses 3-6 months at my other dentist. When I arrived I was greeted by another Dr. And welcomed. I waited maybe 1-2 minutes in the waiting room. That impressed me. The customer service and technology is outstanding. They explain your bill before they even get started so there's no questions. They are so incredibly caring!!! I had Dr. Mirnard and my whole family will now be coming over and seeing her too! What a breath of fresh air!
I have been goin here for years. They take good care of their customers. Plus they keep up with technology. I recommend 100%
What an amazing job by Dr Romero-Shu. I have terrible dental anxiety. He did an amazing job talking me through my procedure. Also did not disregard any of my concerns or anxieties. Tina also very caring and gets you in the same day!! Thanks guys you rock.
Amazing people, from front desk to chair! Very professional, excellent reconstruction quality, and prices were up-front, after insurance, before any work was even scheduled!
I have gone here for many, many years and now bring my children here. All of the staff have been nothing short of fabulous. Starting at the front desk, Tina always greats us with a smile and knows everyone who walks in the door by name. She has been such asset in helping me with insurance as well. The dentists and hygienists have made efforts to make my little kids feel comfortable such as making balloon animals or letting them pick out their own tooth brush.
