Great hotel, clean and quiet and comfortable.
Location is great, and it would probably be amazing for a family with young ones thanks to the pool and inner courtyard. We upgraded to the suite, but it felt dated and in need of an update. Good Internet / workspace in the room.
Front desk person, useless. Couldn't find my reservation so had to go elsewhere, to get a call from my manager advising the room was waiting for me. Gave her my ID and repeated, spelled my name 4 times. If the person can't do the job properly she shouldn't be there!!!
I had an amazing experience at sandman hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommend!” Every detail was taken care of, and the service exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!
