Didn’t inform us that pool and hot tub were closed at 150/night. When we were checked in we noticed it was closed- and we came just for that. They allowed us to terminate our reservation, but that ruined our valentines weekend, and ended up coming home. What a waste of time and gas. I doubt I will be back. Had we known these amenities were not available we would’ve booked somewhere else. Hugely disappointing experience. I have to say the beds are very comfortable, beautiful interior and friendly staff. Will come back again.
Andrew, Kamal,Sheen, Karam. Stay here so often these days that I know the name of almost all the front staff. And they are all amazing Seamless experience for every stay. The recruitment and staff training is definitely top notch What makes this facility Special is the Consistency of great service,regardless of who picks up the phone or is at check in. This is rare in modern day businesses. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!
