I’m writing this review because I have called 7 times to ask about a lost and found item of great personal value and I have yet to have any person contact me back. I’ve called General Management, housekeeping, front office management… I’m at a loss at what to do so maybe you’ll read this… EDIT: They did finally call and they did there best but couldn't find anything. Ultimately I loved staying here with my family too and the room was amazing but if they had answered earlier, maybe there could have been a chance we found it.
We were very pleased with the hotel team's service and support. Our request to have the souvenirs placed in the guest rooms was kindly accommodated, and we truly appreciate their prompt responses and warm hospitality.
