First time staying at a Sandman Signature and we will be back! Room is comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. I particularly appreciated the toiletries in the washroom. The location is so convenient with so many options within walking distance. The best part of our experience however was the customer service. Hailey went above and beyond at check in and set the bar incredibly high for any future hotel stays! She’s an absolute gem!

I had a bad incident at the hotel but Jonah on the night shift of July 5 handled it very well. He showed great concern and care. He did exactly what an outstanding service care provider should do and his co-worker Hunter-Lea was also outstanding. I hope they keep and promote both of these outstanding employees. I got a bad rash that lasted days after, I believe from something that the maid may have spread on the sheets ( there were no bed bugs) or it could have been from the hot tub as there were ALOT of children using it ov... read more

Stayed at the Sandman Signature for a wedding this past weekend. The hotel overall is OK, the food was good from the Italian Table restaurant (staff were amazing, especially for a group of 30) and the catered breakfast, but the rooms were 1 star motel quality at most. Stained couches and curtains, water damage through out, damp carpet, broken shower, suite door wouldn't close fully, bathroom pocket door was broken, phone was broken, and the suite was missing the hair dryer.
