We've stayed here a few times before, and the rooms have never been immaculate, but this time was noticably worse. While the service is always wonderful, the room this time was disgusting... Bathroom was dirty, and missing a shade on one sconce. Dirty slightly sticky floors, dirty grout, dirty damaged walls, dirty sink that wouldn't drain. I didn't dare shower. Room was a mess as well. When checking into the Kamloops Signature; i was greeted by an extremely warm and professional Sukaran. He is the epitome of what your welcome experience should be in a hotel: Kind, knowledgeable and efficient. I have been in the hotel industry for 30+ years and would be proud of an employee like Sukaran- thank you for being a star in the service industry!!
Dinuka was an absolute delight. So accommodating for my business needs helping me book a room and then accommodating my family’s needs when our baby wasn’t feeling well.
