I called Sandman Dartmouth Nova Scotia at 0930hrs this morning I was checking availability and Price for Friday 19th of September. I was talking to a male booking agent at the Hotel. I told him I will get back to him as we are travelling with another couple and have to check with them. He then said” thanks for wasting my time” and hung the phone up. Very bad customer service. I called customer service immediately after that with no return call. I have stayed here before but now I am seeking other options.
