Management were very helpful and accommodating - they went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and had an easy check in even though we arrived late at night - thanks for the great service! Rooms were clean and well presented
3 stars for the friendly front desk but one for the rest. First off it is not the photo you see online. The original hotel is now a rental apartment. You will be staying in a very very old building beside it with no elevator. Single pane windows barely hanging in the frames. Carpet was very sticky to walk on. The photos on their web site are highly enhanced the rooms are dank. Linens were clean. Bathroom was barely held together. Mold in every tile grout line, cracked toilet, cracked faucet handles. Smelly air freshners everywhere connected rooms very dated pricey
Do not stay here. Front desk staff were unfriendly and somewhat useless. Was staying here for work. Left early and went to another hotel.
