The room was clean, which was thankful because after I pulled up and realized the area we had booked to stay in, I almost drove away. This is not an area I would take my children. There were many obvious addicts and homeless people everywhere and I would not have felt safe if I hadn’t had two male companions. Also, parking was very tight and we only had two motorcycles to worry about.
Good place to base from for fast trips to Bowron & Barkerville, etc
Absolutely disappointed. Im from out of province drove 8.5 hrs, thankfully it was just for a night but we booked a standard queen got two double beds im I large guy barely fit on a double bed. Then the bathroom i can't even turn around in sheets where dirty no one at the desk to talk to. just absolutely disappointed will not be coming back or ever suggesting anyone to come here.
This was a medical trip. It's close location made it super easy to find the hospital with quick travel to the appointment.
