We booked our rooms using rewards points and due to a mix up we did not get enough beds in each room. Even though there were no other rooms available the Sandman Inn purchased cots for our children. They saved the day, even though the mix up was not theirs they saved the weekend! Thank you Sandman Inn
Filthy, poor customer service on the phone and a nightmare to stay in. Avoid at all costs.
Very disappointed with the hotel all together. Found hair on the shower wall, room smelled like BO that was drowned with febreze. Our room door would not close after us, making our first visit back to the room very concerning. We left after going for dinner due to the safety concerns we had about the area. The front receptionist offered to move us rooms, but at this point I was not getting the warm and fuzzies from this hotel (didnt even offer a refund when i brought up my issues). Would never stay again.
