An absolute biohazard. Do NOT stay here. We stayed for just one day on March 26th, and frankly, that was 24 hours too long. Upon checking in, we were gagging from the overwhelmingly pungent, rotting smell trapped inside our room. We pleaded for a room change and were relocated to the fourth floor, only to find that the entire building apparently reeks. Had a great experience here with my family. Check in was easy and quick, room was neat and clean. Staff were super friendly. It is in a great location just outside of downtown to be quieter but only a short walk to get to everything.

Company booked the hotel or I would have left and stayed elsewhere honestly, some of the staff at the front desk tried their best to be polite and accommodating but the place is filthy. Upon arrival the entire second floor stunk like cigarettes, and that continued for the first week, my room was filthy dirty with crumbs on the floor, in all the corners and all over the heater, in the dresser drawers and mini fridge, Housekeeping did not change my sheets once over my 3 week stay, no vacuuming done even when I put the “please ... read more
