Had lunch there ok food decent price. Good service
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The Front Desk team was outstanding — so friendly and helpful throughout the weekend. Nathan was on several shifts and was fantastic, and Alexis was amazing both before our trip (helping with arrangements) and again when we checked out on Sunday. There were other very helpful front desk team members, but I unfortunately do not know their names. Hotel manager let me know I had to go thru Expedia as: Super disappointed with Expedia Good luck finding person to correct something. The best they will do is offer a 30 voucher. In my opinion this is not enough, nor is even a small token of cash. Full refund really ought to be honoured for this in my opinion. Hotel Manager and staff are helpful. Not a good location. Parking looked unsafe lots of people sitting in the entrance elevators were dirty. Entrance was dirty. Felt unsafe all the time will definitely never go back and will not recommend friends to stay over
