Very friendly staff, clean rooms but rough neighborhood
WiFi is crap they have wifi blockers and elevator is wack
Elevators are dangerous. Did not recognize when a person was entering, nearly squished my child. Then opened approx 8-10” before it reached the floor. Discussed risks right away with mgmt, they were dismissive and only said “the elevators are checked annually. For safety, we chose to use the stairs, however, they exit to the outside of the building and are unlocked 24/7. Alarming. The room was very clean. The people made me feel very welcome. It was all very professional and I would absolutely stay there again.
