RecommendedAll in all it was a good experience for me. Dr Lauren Adams seemed rushed though and running behind schedule. It took a while to get to me and also when getting my glasses ordered. It sounded as though they were short on staff that day (Valentine’s Day). It was my first visit with Dr Adams because Dr Fite retired. Maybe it will be better next year....hopefully! �

I would list as WORST IN THE CITY. I visit with insurance, pay the copay, pay for glasses as I picked them up and then a few months later get a bill from collections. I am filing against them and posting negative posts everywhere I find a profile. Definitely, not a good business practice and I am taking my family vision needs elsewhere.
Dr hockett is amazing along with her assistant Angel. they go the extra mile to help in any way possible. they are always patient and understanding of my conditions and anxiety. dr. hockett. is so knowledgeable about dry eye and macula degeneration. Very thorough. love her.
