RecommendedI called needing a glasses repair for glasses purchased at another facility. Sara from Sandia Vision Optical called me back and had my nose cushions replaced within a half hour of my phone call. And for NO charge! I am so grateful for this kindness and excellent service. I have purchased glasses there in the past and now I will again! Great customer service!
I had been a happy customer for Sandia for years. Not anymore. My last eye exam the doctor diagnosed me with a medical condition. He failed to inform me of this diagnosis which is beyond unacceptable. As a result, I had to pay most of my invoice out of pocket due to how insurance plans work. The whole point of eye exam is to determine health of my eyes. If I am diagnosed with a medical condition as a result of the exam the doctor should inform me of such right? Frame selection-great; customer service-not so much
if you are trying to be seen at this clinic dont make an appointment because they wont see you till months out and they will call days before you're appt letting you know there's no doctor after you have already waited a month. The sad part is it doesnt just happen once.. Then they try to schedule you across town. The service here is not like it used to be. My son is 18 and I've been bringing him since he was a kid. Now we are seeking a new eye doctor.... Enough is enough.
I like the doctors and they're usually fast. They don't respond to anything other than phone calls or bad reviews, and their store website seems to be broken.
Second time I have been here. And the staff is excellent. The price was cheaper then my previous doctor (blink). All around very satisfied with service, selection, and price. Thank you!!!
My experience has always been positive, professional, and friendly. The doctors and staff always make sure I am clear about exam results, recommendations, and informative about insurance, costs, options, and so on. Very happy with Sandia Vision.
This place is absolutely horrid. They have a great selection of frames but will try to strip you to your last penny. They are inconsiderate about your time and money and they won't take the time to make a bad situation better. Oh by the way, I've had 3 bad experiences with them, I thought it was only a bad day, service will be better next time. ABSOLUTELY NOT, SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ITS NOT WORTH IT.
