I absolutely adored Dr. Adams. She was awesome and nailed the problem I was having. Glasses were ready in two days. But.... I have been back three times since to get glasses adjusted and they still won't stay on and are loose. I'm going out of town for extended stay and won't be able to go get them adjusted. Not to mention I live about 80 miles away, so it's not easy to just drop in and get them adjusted. I just want to see without a big hassle. They have offered no alternatives. The staff is always friendly and willing to take their time to give you their undivided and full attention. Natalie helped me pick out a beautiful pair of frames & was able to get my prescription the same day.
Dr. Hockett is amazing! She takes her time with you. She really cares and listens to all of your concerns. The staff is friendly and efficient. My eyecare needs are always handled with professionalism. My glasses and lenses are always perfect! Thank you to all of the hardworking staff!!
