Update- Practice Manager -nurse called me back, was very professional and apologetic that this happened. Will use this issue as a learning one. All my queries answered and l am happy. Treatment now complete and l couldn’t be happier with staff and service. I emailed a query with no response on 11/1. I then called and spoke with reception a few days later who advised they could not answer my query and would get someone to call me back asap, that was a week ago . Not sure what else l can do 🤷♀️
