Love the team!! So friendly and caring, Cody Merran & Ane are just superb! Clare on reception is absolute treat & I have loved getting to know her & our little chats, she is truely one of a kind. So warm and welcoming 🫶🏼🫶🏼
I waited 50 minutes to be seen only for my appointment to last not even 5 minutes. Paid $350 just to be told to keep doing what I’m doing in regards to my sons eczema, (even though that’s clearly not working as he keeps getting bacterial infections from itching/rubbing) they said to bring him back in a few months if it doesn’t go away… currently writing this review up at 5am because my sons been up itching since 3am and won’t sleep. Was really hoping for some helpful advice but instead I got rushed out the door with no help.... read more
Update- Practice Manager -nurse called me back, was very professional and apologetic that this happened. Will use this issue as a learning one. All my queries answered and l am happy. Treatment now complete and l couldn’t be happier with staff and service. I emailed a query with no response on 11/1. I then called and spoke with reception a few days later who advised they could not answer my query and would get someone to call me back asap, that was a week ago . Not sure what else l can do 🤷♀️
