My 3 year old was very sick (respiratory virus mixed with asthma problems) and he needed several breathing treatments AND an antibiotic. The entire office staff from the front desk girls, to the doctors were Amazing!!! We waited less than 10 minutes and both Carrie and Donna (nurses) were very helpful in making my son feel at ease. We had a terrible experience at a Pediatric office in Southern Pines just a year earlier and what a breath of fresh air (literally) Sandhills Pediatrics was! Had to take 2 1/2 yr old and 9 month old in because of chest and head colds..9 month has double ear infection, both got flu shot...Dr was great with both girls.....everyone so helpful and nurses that gave shots were very good....
We have been using the seven lakes office for almost 5 years and they are truly the best!!!! The nurses are AMAZING and the front desk ladies are the best, and They are very accommodating.
Thank you Sandhills Peds for being so patient and helpful during our visit today!!! 6 shots and 2 toddlers isn't an easy combo, but you stayed patient! Thank you again!! �
