My only complaint is with the person scheduling the appointments with the Dentist. I called repeatedly for almost an hour, then decided I would leave a detailed message. I did not get a return call so I again called about 3 hours after leaving my message. When I finally made contact, I explained again that I had a toothache and swelling in my face. Everyone was extremely polite and did amazing with all three of my girls!!! My two yr old was even comfortable enough to sit through her whole exam without any problems!!!! Thank you all!!!
I had a root canal that didn't put me in the hospital. So things were tons better than my last RC at another location. The doctor recognized my need for more meds and administered them quickly. The only thing that would have made it better is a "what to expect after" sheet.
I thoroughly enjoyed my cleaning with my hygienist, Brooke!!!
I've always had anxiety going to a new dwntist, but the staff at Sandhills put my nerves at ease. They were very friendly and I'm happy I've found them. I highly recommend them to all families.

My son is 2 and this was his third dental visit. His first two were not at this practice, and they were traumatic for both of us. This office is very child friendly with personal screens above the chairs. My son was very hesitant about anyone being close to his mouth-even to brush. The hygienist was very friendly and very patient. She didn't try to push him or force him in any way. Dr. Dunston was the same way. He came in with smiles and a mask on. Our kids enjoyed their visit to the dentist and even though they loved their old dentist they said sandhills is even better. We are glad we chose them!
