They have always been so cati.g and comforting to our family;
We love bringing our family here! Today's visit was no exception, it was our first time meeting this particular dental hygienist but she quickly became our favorite! I loved her! We were there for a limited exam because my son's spacer fell out. We ended up getting two x-rays only to learn that our son needs braces, asap! They were very thorough and explained everything. Incredibly happy with all of our experiences. Did I mention the rooms are not only awesomely themed, but they're clean and up to date, too?
I expected nothing less, as I'm already a patient at this practice but my 13 month old didn't shed a single tear for her first dentist trip. The staff at this practice are ALWAYS so cheerful and a pleasure to spend time with. From the moment we walked into the Disney themed room, it became all about making our daughter happy. I'm scared to go to the dentist, so I don't go often but went here today and had a great experience.
My teen daughter has a severe needle phobia. She needed a filling and the dentist and his assistant took her by the hand, literally, calmed her down, explained everything to her in detail, and made the experience a pleasant one for her. Her anxiety left and the procedure went on without any issues.
Took my daughter here for a check up for the first time. The office is neat, staff is friendly and helpful, and the dentist Dr. Brooks was very nice. I will be returning in the near future.
I was seen at the appointment time. In and out in the most professional manner. No complaints.
Was seated in the 'chair' for procedure exactly on time. Was told the length of visit and that was exactly right. Compassionate and wonderful dentist!
They were extremely gentle and very nice!
