Mike Miller and everyone at Sanderson Ford were absolutely amazing! They made the process stress free and seamless :) I can not thank Mike enough for taking such good care of me and making sure I got the best new explorer for me!
I want to start by saying the staff at Sanderson Ford were great. They addressed most of the issues with my vehicle and took the time to explain why the built-in safety feature, the daytime running lights, was not covered under warranty. However, I was shocked to learn that replacing the headlight assembly would cost over $2,300. This stems from what I consider a poor design decision by Ford. This dealership has excellent customer service and they were able to answer all of the questions I had asked. I talked to their sales rep, Zach, the day before on a truck I was interested in and he held it for me to come view the next day, which I ended up purchasing.
Art was great to work with. I had several warranty and service items to address. He took thorough notes for the technician(s) and kept me informed at every step while in the shop. I’ll only use Sanderson Ford Service.
