I had such a great experience buying my car at Ford! Tony and Guillermo were both incredibly helpful from start to finish. They were patient, never pushy, and really took the time to understand what we were looking for. Thanks to them, we were able to get into exactly the vehicle we wanted without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. They made the whole process smooth and actually enjoyable, which isn’t always the case with car buying. I truly appreciate their professionalism and kindness—highly recommend working with them!

Absolute Nightmare Experience.I bought a used 2019 Ford F-150 from Sanderson Ford, and it has been a total disaster. They swore the truck was in great shape, but it started falling apart the second I drove it off the lot. After taking it to an independent mechanic, I found out the truck had major mechanical issues that were clearly there before they sold it to me.The experience suggests that the pre-purchase inspection was not as thorough as led to believe.
