The worst experience yet. We agreed on the price/deal. They delivered the car themselves to my home. Next morning, they called and said they cannot honor the deal because they did not know Ford changed the residual value on the lease contracts. And they came to my house the next morning and took the car back. TRULY THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A CAR DEALERSHIP EVER.

Inquired about a truck, asked Thursday night if available, and asked about my trade. Was told it was available. The next morning, I once again inquired, was told it was available again, so I made the THREE HOUR drive to the dealer to purchase the vehicle. I arrived at 11:00 am, test drove the truck after waiting an hour for it to be serviced. Liked the truck, so we went to discuss numbers. While traveling from out of state I had a mechanical issue with my vehicle and was recommended this dealership. While the service department here was above and beyond excellent, the sales team was the complete opposite. The salesman did not seem to know about the vehicles we were looking at and at certain points couldn't even tell us what some features on a vehicle did.
