Victoria, at Sanderson Ford, was so professional and helpful. We took our new truck in for service and paint protection and it was great. How many times do organizations do what they say they will, not all that often, there always seems to be a hitch of some kind. But Victoria helped us through each step and we actually picked up the truck 2 hours earlier than anticipated, which was really helpful for me on that day. Service Team - $11,000 to replace a transmission on a 2021 Ford Bronco with just over 61K miles on it. Yes its over the warranty however stand behind the products you provide. Shameful, absolutely shameful. Will never buy another Ford again and will never recommend this dealership.
Inspections are never 100% the truth. There’s been many times where a car under warranty has faults and they are not noted only because the car is under bumper to bumper and the dealership wants to save all the money they can, even if it means downing their customers. If they can hide it they will.
Repair work to the fender is missing the metallic. The areas that were missing paint could have easily been touched up with that paint they were already using; but they didnt bother, leaving metal exposed, that will rust. The body shop also covered the truck in clear coat overspray. It left a rough texture to the paint coating making it impossible to clean and stay clean. Took me a lot if time and money to remove. This was our fourth vehicle purchased from Sanderson Ford for our business, and it will absolutely be our last. We paid cash for the vehicle, expecting a smooth and professional transaction, but instead, we were met with incompetence, poor communication, and a complete lack of professionalism.
