I have a 2021 **** Mustang Gt has under ***** miles. I brought my car to Sanderson Ford about three times about the 10 speed transmission miss shifting and when you slow down it jerks real hard. The first time they replace the valve body then they reset the computer. So that didnt work so I brought it back and I complained about it doing the same thing and all they did is reset the computer and said drive it for 7 to 10 days so it can learn how you drive that sound like some BS now I bring it back for the third time they did... read more

I want to start off by saying that i will never do business with Sanderson Ford again. I brought my mustang in last july 2021 for a problem that something was draining my battery, they had my car for 3 days and didnt fix the problem and pulled my wires down from underneath the dash and didnt put them back. I called and told them about it and it fell at deff ears. Deceptive & Negligent Practices. Bait and Switch after pulling credit.A representative contacted me on a day that they were supposedly closed and told me that if the truck was still on the lot come Monday morning then he would hold it for me since I have already been approved through my bank and just needed to hear back on final numbers including warranty info. Had an appointment for an oil change is still took two hours only to find out that the technicians had not read the manual and I had to come back the next day because it was 2 quarts low.
