We waited 2. 5 hours for "The Works" service (oil change, tire rotation, plus checks of fluids, brakes, etc.). We also had a scheduled appointment for repairing warranty-covered squeaky brakes. Their computers were down, so they could not check for regular 30K mile service. A rookie Ford mechanic should know by heart what are routine services at various mileage.
