I bought a air-conditioner/heater from these people a month ago and the cooling system has already went out. I called Sanders and they texted me back that I would have to call the manufacturer because they apparently don't stand behind anything they sell here. Even a $900 air-conditioner. The last review is correct also about the fact that these people are rude to the customers and act like you're bothering them to do their jobs. I will never be back and you can save yourself being ripped off if you take time to read reviews... read more
Worked here for a total of 11 months. I've never been treated so terribly by a bunch of people in my life!! My friend Doug Alverson was the only person that was kind to me, and taught me a lot. But, I'll never recommend this store to anyone! And the way customers were treated by the staff was/is ridiculous. Trint is a joke of a manager, and I'm not even sure how the store functions.
