I don’t know where to begin! From John coming out to help us and showing us what was really going on, to helping us quickly get set up for a new system. Then Joey and Chasity come in during a day too hot to work, and did an amazing job installing a brand new system . I could not be more pleased. Everyone was polite and hard working. Even when something went wrong, Joseph came back out and fixed after work! Just a pleasure to do business with!
Came on time, did several small repairs. Reasonable price. Will use again!
Great installation crew. Salesman, however, sold us on one brand but delivered another, causing us some concern. Appears salesman doesn’t keep up with actual inventory. That did not sit well with us. Be sure to have brand you buy noted in sales agreement!!
Bryan, the Vice President of Operations, called me and helped me to understand all the pros and cons regarding a new system. He took an hour of his time and made sure I understood what my options were and why one option might be better than another. I was pleasantly surprised that he wanted to help me make a decision I understood and would be happy with. There are so many options and combinations of products that I was unaware of. Having a better understanding helps me to be a better and wiser consumer and decision maker.
Sanders Plumbing was recommended to us by a neighbor and they were spot on. The technician that came out for the estimate and the 2 technicians who installed the tankless water heater were great - on time and very professional. Also dealing with Cheryl in scheduling was great. We will be signing up for their annual HVAC and plumbing plans.
