Called Sanders Court Pediatrics today and the person over the phone was rude. We are foreigners who arrived recently and even telling her that and that we were recommended by other patient, she was still rude and not patient to try to understand what documentation we had, explain us how a usual process works here in USA, and how we could make things work.
Being a first time mom all the staff and Drs. Have been amazing! They always get my son in same day if I have any urgent concerns and Dr. Schraiber was there first thing in the morning when my son was admitted into NICU. He has been great with my 8 mos. old son!
Every doctor is amazing there. They always get you in for sick calls. Nurses are always helpful when i call. Definitely trust their advice
